PRIVACY: We are committed to providing you privacy regarding any information that you provide us. Other than information required for sale authorization of your credit card, we will not share, sell or rent any of your information with any other party.
PRODUCTS: All products unless specifically designated as 'USED' are NEW and
will be shipped to you directly from Genie Industries plant in Redmond,
Washington.
SHIP TO ADDRESS: All pricing on this website reflects shipment only to the
48 contiguous states. For other addresses including Canada and Alaska, please
contact us.
SHIPPING DATE: Shipment Lead Times vary by product and seasonal demand.
Shipment is usually within 2-5 weeks after receipt of order. Add about 3-7
business days for transport time. You will receive notification within two
business days of your order, of the anticipated ship date. Contact Us if you
have any question.
When your order is shipped, you will receive notification from us with
tracking information.
ORDER DELIVERY: Delivery can only be made to a
street address, as shipment is by motor freight carrier. These products are bulky and heavy and cannot
be unloaded by hand. Exceptions: Genie Hoist and Load Lifter products ship by UPS.
Residential delivery points, companies operating from residential addresses
or delivery points with no unloading facilities will be charged a Hydraulic
Tailgate Fee of $65.00.* Buyer may also elect to pick up the equipment at the freight carrier's
terminal. Freight Carrier will be requested to contact you upon arrival of equipment at local terminal
prior to delivery or notify you to make pickup.
*NOTE: The charge may be higher, if paid locally.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Inspect your shipment carefully on receipt. In the event
of any damages that have occurred in transit, note them on the delivery memorandum
and keep a copy. Promptly notify us and send us a copy of the memorandum with an
explanation of damages. Please note that it is very difficult to accomplish a
satisfactory resolution unless damages are noted on carrier's copy at time of
delivery.
RETURNS: Due to size and cost of shipping these products, we will not normally
accept returns. We will not accept a return due to a change in your requirements
or because equipment does not fit your application. This equipment has been
manufactured for many years and most buyers know of the product's capabilities,
please be sure that what you are ordering fits your needs and expectations. Any
item that we do agree to accept in return must be returned with a Return Authorization
Number (RNA) that we issue, or we cannot accept delivery. Returns must be shipped
prepaid and a credit will be issued after a restocking charge, deduction for the
original shipping costs and reconditioning costs (if any).
WARRANTY: A copy of Genie Limited Warranty is shipped with your material lift. After your equipment is delivered, we will register your warranty and send you a copy of the registration form. We will also assist you with a warranty claim, if the need arises. Our company has no official authority to make a warranty policy statement; that authority belongs exclusively to Genie Industries. However; in general the warranty period on this product is one (1) year parts and labor and five (5) years on structural components.
